CES Trolley Truss™ - Features

CES Trolley Truss™ provides significant health and safety features as as well as potential staff efficiency benefits. Fabricated in aluminium, CES Trolley Truss™ provides an improved load bearing capacity over the existing fly-bar system of theatre rigging.

The safety features of this product are impressive. Technicians are secured at all times via a body harness. While ascending the steel wire ladder to the truss they are connected to a vertical safety line. Upon reaching the truss a fall arrest lanyard is used to attach their harness to the trolley. And, when settled, the technician releases the vertical safety line and is then free to traverse the truss on board the trolley in complete safety.

Because of its modular design the CES Trolley Truss™ system is also very versatile; it can be supplied in a range of sizes to suit the venue and application. Sections are available in metric or imperial lengths. This adaptable product has also been designed with ease of transportation and storage in mind, with the sections packing into 3 'meat racks'.

In addition to the logistical benefits of the product, CES Trolley Truss™ delivers creative benefits too. Set designers no longer need to allow access equipment when designing a stage layout.

The improved capability of working more efficiently overhead means that stage disruption is reduced, as is the potential for damage to set pieces and props. CES Trolley Truss™ delivers flexibility and convenience without compromise to safety.
